Could be the restriction with the bigger engine causing heat buildup. Noticed the new attachments on the suspension bars. What are they? Bike looks more responsive now. Good work.

Curious to know if you had ever thought about changing the gearbox sprocket, so it has 1 or 2 extra teeth, to make 1st, 2nd, 3rd feel a little more lengthy in ratio. Maybe another project for you?

Hi David, can you please let me know how you worked the wires for the gears selector ? Bought one with the 110cc engine in it but I'm not able to make the connections for the dash gear indicator. Thanks !

What was the top speed of the stock 125cc after you finished this swap? Was going to try it out myself since spring is coming up.

I have this kind of engina Honda copy on my bike. It is a 72cc. How many miles i can do before will die?
