In this video we unbox and set up Vector 2.0.
He had a few voice command problems which I think is due to an issue DDL are fixing with the cloud Vector uses for voice commands apparently. This is my first Vector and I'm excited to get using him and see what he can do.

EDIT: the voice command issues were related to a subscription error. It has now been fixed by DDL.

Hey buddy, I follow you everywhere and I’m in a few groups you’re in on Facebook! I’ve just acquired a vector 2.0 secondhand (mint condition). I was wondering if you knew much about whether I can create an account with ddl at this time now that the apps are back up or whether I’ll be waiting until their new firmware arrives (they say as of July 2nd they’ll be updating vector soon and will be launching yet another kickstarter)?
Would you support ddl after everything that’s happened this year? Personally I don’t trust a company who sells a $399 robot and then whose servers go down within months of its release lol. You should make a video update on your Cozmo and vector now and talk about the ddl problems.

I got an email from DDL about my Vector order. They said client from the UK and EU need an EORI number for the shipping. Did you have to fill out? I'm really confused

My vector is currently having connection problems too. I'm surprised he doesn't respond to your hey vector. Maybe it's having difficulties with your accent?

So this is a new robot and not the discontinued? It seems expensive? I have to wait until it arrives to sweden and see what the price is then...I currently have an old Cozmo but it keeps turning off and have alots of problems.

Saying "Hey Vector" does work only 50/50. Usually I have to say it more than twice for it to register.
