- 1.5-2 LB Skirt Steak (Try To Find One With A Decent Amount Of Intramuscular Fat)
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Piece Of Ginger Thin Sliced
- 1 TSP Each Fresh Ground Black & Red Pepper

1. Begin By Soaking The Skewers In Water So They Don’t Burn (I Did This And Some Still Burned So Be Careful)
2. Then Slice The Skirt Steak As Shown (AGAINST THE GRAIN, If I Hear You Cut It With The Grain We’re No Longer Friends)
3. Place All Marinade Ingredients In A Dish, Mix And Marinate Steak For At Least 30 Minutes But Really 2 Hours Or Overnight
4. Skewer The Steak Alternating Sides
5. Heat Grill Until Ripping Hot. If You Have A Sear Section, I Recommend Doing This As The Steak Cooks Very Quick
6. Grill Over Direct Heat For 1-2 Min Per Side
7. Remove From Grill And Behold One Of The Greatest Meat Lollipops In Existence
