Good stuff Ben! I board with a lot of English/Dressage riders and I’ve personally witnessed a lot of those folks having to climb up their horses neck in order to put a halter or bridle on. It’s also a problem when they worm or vaccinate their horses as the horses first reaction is to raise their head which creates a tight braced horse, a horse that goes into panic pretty easy too vs. a more relaxed horse.
