one way to fix the hourglass twist without removing it would be either:
1. No incentive-the exiled player is unsafe no matter what decision they make. Other variables such as safe group_>unsafe and vice versa change but the exiled player will have to weigh out which group they'd rather move forward with.
2. No sanction-totally opposite of "no incentive", the exiled player is safe no matter what, they'll once again choose a side to work with whether it be originally safe or originally unsafe.
3. Total reset-if the hourglass is smashed, they repeat the challenge, and the teams are drawn again as if it hasn't happened. It's the best iteration of the "time travel" idea of the twist. And to fit in the schedule, the original winning team isn't given the merge feast just yet, but rather the new winning team to make them the official winning team(and this time it's teams of 6 with no exile and grey rocks).

I haven't watched but I think the hourglass twist and Haves vs have nots twist is on this list.

Do people not like the fire making challenge??? It’s amazing as long as it’s known from the beginning of the game? It makes sure that a player who is a challenge beast has one last chance to be in final tribal.

I think that no one wouldve had an issue with the Fire making challenge if the players were told this twist was happening in the first episode, or at least close to the finale, because Even if it was always intended to happen, it looked as if production was looking for ways to save Ben.

My opinion would be the hourglass twist would be the most controversial. And something that i believe is that the super idol was too overpowered. :)

The idol nullifier deserves a mention on this list. if you find an idol and it says congrats this gives you immunity blah blah blah, there shouldnt be a scenario where it can be taken away from you. Same reason why the "knowledge is power" and hourglass twists are BS

well actually exile island was originally introduced as a punishment for dropping out of a challenge in palau which Janue ended up doing

Medallion of power just seem like the most desperate attempt of producers sitting around thinking "we dont have any better ideas for a twist. how about we just do something lame and pointless, and hype it up into a big deal"

Tribe swaps typically suck. Most twists typically suck with the lone exception being one hidden immunity idol per tribe. I wish we had an old school season like that with two tribes and the only advantage is the one idol per. Jeff has slowly ruined the game
