sir for the last problem we can simply find 1/k^2 = 0.04, k= √ 100/4=10/2=5 hence from variance S.D = 2 and knowing C= k . SD we can write C= 5 x 2 = 10. Can i do it this way Sir ?

U said that we find upper bound using markov's inequality but at 13:14 of the video, u are finding upper bound using chebycheshev's inequality???
