Monie u wanted to be her assistant so that's ur job description. When u work in a salon first of all u gotta have a license. The only thing u don't need a license for is shampoo and sweeping floors. For cutting Hair and nail care u need a license. If u didn't wanna do it then u should of told minnie no thank u its not for me .
