If you found element with name, first you have to count how many tags with this parameters are. If there's only one tag then you are lucke and in robot you have to end it if there is (in the future) more then one tag. If there's more then one tag that you have problem. The problem you can mitigate by looking at they parent tags. If they are different that you are lucke. If not that you have problem. Then you have to find distinction between those tags. If there are distinction than you are lucke. If not that you left only with the order of tags. Than you test weather the order of tags wasn't changed by looking at the content.
