The juice comes out super smooth with minimal waste and very little oxidation, but what really sold me is that it also makes the healthiest nut milk, smoothies, and sorbets!

Blueberry Milk

2 cups of walnuts soaked overnight
1 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 deglet dates (adjust to your taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups fresh water

Add all of your ingredients to the juicer container. Add water. Turn it on and walk away 🙂

Blueberry Protein Bites

1 1/2 cups nut milk pulp
4 medjool dates (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
1/4 cup wild blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
Hemp seeds to roll the balls in

Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries and hemp in a food processor. Add blueberries and mix. Roll into balls. Optionally coat in hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Genius, just plain Genius. My grandfather would love you😁. As a teenager, when I would go over and clean his refrigerator, there would be this dry-up piece of onion. Every time I try to throw it away, he would say, "no no Bugs, that's what he called me😊, I can cut that up and use it in some soup or in etc." But each time I clean that same piece of onion would be in there smiling at me. He would be so happy to see you not wasting food. Old school cooks tried not to waste any food. You are more like our grandparents then modern day chefs.
