FILM DESCRIPTION:
Mavis Gary (Charlize Theron) is a successful writer of teen literature who returns to her hometown with a dual mission: to relive her glory days and steal away her now-married high-school sweetheart (Patrick Wilson). However, her mission does not go exactly to plan, and she finds her homecoming more problematic than she expected. Instead, Mavis forms an unusual bond with a former classmate (Patton Oswalt), who has also found it difficult to move past high school.

This movie reminds me of my ex when I ran into her 20 years later. She was still the same angry immature person I had dealt with in my early 20s. Charlize is so fantastic in this movie!!

Cette scène est assez incroyable parce que Mavis a parfaitement conscience que c'est foutu... et le montre d'une manière qui fait pitié. Sauf que malgré tout, sa méchanceté et son manque d'empathie la rattrape pour tenter le tout pour le tout. Bien sûr Charlize Theron est extraordinaire et n'a même pas besoin de parler pour donner son âme à cette scène et son personnage.
