I somehow came across this channel in my feed and upon viewing I immediately subscribed. I love the simplicity the humility and the truthfulness of this channel and the transparency of Miss Lorna. So tell me being that banana is a gluten-free food how do you use the flour for example to bake even to make dumpling because it's gluten-free how is it going to hold together I often use chickpea flour in my recipes but I've never tried banana and I happen to love green banana it's an excellent food source especially for those with diabetes has a low glycemic level and does not spike your blood sugar it's a resistant starch
