NSW resident here! Most places in NSW are trying to go plastic free so my best tip is to get yourself a fold up shopping bag. You can buy them from the supermarket (Woolworths and Coles have them).

Theres a whole level dedicated to Australian brands in Emporium Melbourne when you go! There’s a mix of more upscale brands like Scanlan Theodore, Camilla and Marc, Zimmerman Viktoria and woods to mid range like country road, seed, Bec and bridge and Kookai! Highly recommend checking all those brands out!!!

Since you’re in Byron and you like shopping you should try and drive to Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast. It’s a beautiful shopping centre with a lot of options.
