its not so much about needing nesta to be nice and pretty is more about how disrespectful and at the end of the day, abusive, she has been to feyre. that's for sure hard to swallow when we've gone through this series thus far with feyre. feyre was dealt a terrible hand also but she never took that out on her family who arent to blame. so its just hard to try and defend nesta behaving in such a childish and hurtful way.
