BEST Japanese Ramen Chains in Japan! Ichiran vs Ippudo Ramen Tour

Eating ramen at two of my favorite ramen chain in Japan and of course, for my third ramen, I had to go eat at Tomita Ramen.

I went to Tokyo for the first time last November, and I ate Ichiran every single day I was there. Even went to the same location Mike went to in Shinjuku! Seriously the best ramen I've ever had and I brought their instant one back home and I make it every so often when I miss it. It gets you like 95% of the way there!

I appreciate Mikey for being the Ichiran champion that he is. I've met a lot of people who say there's tons of better ramen places and I know a lot of locals even scoff at it, but I have yet to find a better bowl of ramen on the planet. The way the first sip of broth smacks you in the mouth is like no other. Life changing ramen.

Funny story, I was out for lunch today at a sushi place near me in Brisbane, Australia. They actually had this video streaming on some of their tv's so I had to come and watch the end
