I'm one of those born with sun 4th house, With a total of 3 planets mashing into that house too. Still trying to learn what it may mean, but it's fun pulling all these tidbits of information together and finding their meaning and what I can do with it.

1st house Aries I have sun exalted - 7th house libra I have moon inside.

It's just my theory but I kinda think that Sun and Moon each also have special aspects like those outer planets.
I'm guessing, that sun has drishti on 6th from itself, and moon has on 8th from itself.
This way, if they are in their own sign, sun looks at Capricorn(authority) from 5th house, and moon looks at Aquarius(hopes and wishes, say like Disney's).
Also, if they are at their exaltation sign, sun looks at "Virgo" along with 7th house, while moon from Taurus looks at "Sagittarius" along with 7th.

So I know if a planet "looks at" /apsects/opposes the house it rules it's meant to be very positive for all that house represents; is the same true for an opposition of a planet to it's sign of exaltation??? Would this also be beneficial to the function of the house receiving the aspect??

I've Sun in the 6th house in Pisces (Libra Ascendant). Ketu is in Leo. Sun for me means problems. My father is also a problematic person. According KRS, Sun aspects my 12th house...Is it means I show authority upon debts and foreign places?

Yea, very few ppl have 3 planets in the same house.
So, its a good thinking.
Though I have 4 planets in Gemini 2nd house.
I have Sun in 3rd house Cancer aspecting 9th house.
I have no authority anywhere till now.
But, I have high morals which have no use in this modern life... :(
