I recently tried a tester of this foundation at Ulta and thought it was too matte for my liking. Matte foundation really emphasizes the texture and wrinkles on my face, no thank you! 😑 I have that same ColourPop eyeshadow palette and love it! It's so pretty!

Yay!! I was hoping you were going to check this one out. We’re skin type twinsies and I’m usually just a shade darker so I take take your reviews into consideration and it helps me choose the right color.
Looks like if I want to try this out, I’m going to have to wait for a restock cos everywhere is sold out of the next darker shade. 😭

I actually like this, but I moisturize HEAVILY before (Cerave moisturizing cream). I apply with fingers. I agree that it seems to lighten when you apply. Those 2 lightest shades are VERY fair! I think 3 may either be too light on you or a teeny bit too cool? Shade 4 is about the same depth but more neutral.

The finish does seem more dry & opposite from the bwm concealer that went viral. I wish they were similar. I hear they may be discontinuing the glow foundation. Also, ur skin always gives me a jelly belly ache. So lovely!😍👍❤️🥳

I was hoping the product might be closer to the (discontinued) NYX 'Bare with me' tinted serum. Alas no, so I'll save my £££s.

Hi Shelby, I think this looked better once you put on your other products….maybe good to have on no makeup, makeup days…
But I think it might be geared towards the younger crowd with oily skin maybe. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I did buy this but haven’t yet tried it.
I got the same shade as you.
Anyhow, can you review the new Long lasting foundation by Essence? It’s on the Ulta site, $6.
At least I don’t think you tried that one yet but I could’ve missed some thing?
