Massive wildfire continues to burn in southern New Jersey

CBS2's Madeleine Wright has more on what officials are trying to do to put out the blaze.

I was hiking the Mulica trail Saturday from Bastow to Astion and back. Ran into 7 dirt bikers along the way. cigarette butt on the trail. Made several complaints to the office. The State just don't monitor the trails anymore. People do whatever they want. I was told by a camper, people were driving in at night to Camp only to leave early in the morning.

This is why we don't need a pipeline going through it. The fire fighters need better trucks . It's time for better gear that old school gear can't keep up . Keep safe all those fighting the fire. The Forrest will re grow over time and be better .Your life can not . Thanks for you efforts don't put your selves in harms way.

Every year this happens. Every year as long as I can remember. Second, forest fires renew forest. It was a good thing until we started stopping it and building in the woods.
