In the Alternate Universe:

El Diablo (Chato Santana) or Pyro Kinetic Homeboy a Feared Gang Leader. Born with a devils gift used his power to take walk in his block and own respect from many gangs. Until One night everything changed when he had an argument with her wife because of anger and rage he entirely set a blaze inside their home killing her wife and 2 kids. while in prison, he got into a yard fight and incinerates every inmates in mere seconds.

yup that's a summarized event how El Diablo end up in prison and transported to a Hole and got inducted to the Suicide Squad (but later died when he sacrificed himself to kill the brother of the witch)
