I feel like you didn't really answer how to NOT make a boring youtube video other than saying, make shorter videos early on. But one thing that I did pick up on was ENERGY. You have a tremendous amount of ENERGY in your presentation. You literally could be talking about rubber bands and I'd be like, hey, this is a fun video.
