How to cut this macrame curtain

how to cut this thick cotton strap to keep it neat ... this is the way and of course you have to have super sharp scissors
Curtain size 120x130

The material :
9pc beads

Cotton Cord :
Size :4mm
Type : Twist ( 3 ply )
Color : Natural Beige
Lenght cut into :
*96pc @450cm
*18pc @500cm

Using Macrame Basic Knot:
Square Knot
Double half hitch knot
Barrel knot
