I had sampled uomo intense and mistakenly thought born in Roma was uomo. I was upset my sample didn’t smell the way i wanted it to, this video cleared things up for me. Uomo intense is such an amazing smelling fragrance. That leather and vanilla note hits and the only way I can describe it is “wonderful” easily one of the best fragrances I’ve ever smelled.

The whole line for me is mainly used at water events( beach, lake, pool day) and at the gym I switch Valentino sprays often, lastly for a brunch or any event where day drinking is present. Valentino shines best in these environments

Coral fantasy is a beast on longetivity and projection for me. Mine lasted about 3-4 days on my jacket and still had about 1 feet of projection but only lasted 6-8 hours on my skin i really recommend this fragrance also because it smells so nice

Got “the gold” because it wasn’t too strong.
The others smelt good but gold was definitely my favorite due to it not smelling too strong.

Uomo line is much better than Born in Roma

they are going to discontinue the whole Uomo line so you should pick them for backup as soon as possible

for the Uomo line.. yesss.. just a few ppl mentioned of Uomo Acqua while it is the best out of the 3... very versatile, fresh, unique, it is just a masterpiece and it has nothing to do with the other 2.

I love Olivier Polge who created Uomo EDT and Intense, , , EDT is always in my top 3 of 100-bottled collection and I do prefer it over Intense, , Intense is too sweet and dark while EDT is more powdery and creamy, a very sexy and elegant guy ❤❤

If you follow the scent profile from the original Valentino Uomo throughout all the flankers, the differences are complete shifts into completely different genres of fragrance and profiles. I understand that Houses are capitalizing on having a hit on their hands by creating endless flankers. But it drives me nuts. If a flanker is completely outside the DNA of the line, it should just be an entirely separate fragrance! It can be misleading to release flankers that completely deviate from expectations of the OG. Are people really that afraid of trying something new that they need a name connecting it to something familiar, even though it's totally different?!
