RareBreed & NAGR Mock ATF in Court

Federal District Court Judge Reed O'Connor Eviscerated the ATF in the Rarebreed Triggers Case. In stunning support for the Constitution, Separation of Powers and the Second Amendment the Judge vacated the ATF's rule- Forced Reset Triggers are not machineguns. I expect the ATF will double down and appeal this case. Which, I hope they do, so they can further solidify this decision at a higher level of court. This video covers NAGR's response to the ATF's plea for a stay.

Translation:
ATF: it’s hard, that sounds expensive.

Perhaps those who have had their FRTs stollen should start criminal cases against individual ATF representatives for theft of property.

The ATF more than likely assumed they were already correct and already destroyed them.

The ATF can't return the stolen property because they didn't keep track of all the friends they shared the spoils with!

ATF will claim the triggers were distroyed. The court should then rule that the ATF has to go to RareBreed directly and has to place the orders themselves to replace the triggers they stole.

The entire ATF and DOJ agencies should be held in contempt and made to pay every American they illegally seized property from $1000 a day for every day after the 30 days the ATF fails to return the property. When the ATF budget starts getting hit and their pay is taken away for failing then they will start following the courts orders.

Anytime the ATF looses is a big win for the constitution and for the people.

Good news. Love the push back attitude!
But let's not forget, it's still a waste of our tax dollars.
We paid for the ATF to confiscate them.
We paid for the the ATF to file a lawsuit.
We paid for the court to tell the ATF you were wrong. Multiple times!
Who will be responsible for all that wasted money?
BS

I would only give the ATF the same amount of time it took to steal the people's property.

It's only hard if they did not maintain chain of custody, each item should have property tag attached. If they did not, then ATF committed theft by their own admission. As per janet Reno, back in the fay, they do not have 5th amendment rights in the performance of their duties. Time for jail time, who was custodian of the property list, start there.

Well neither can congress.

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Nowhere in there is anything that allows congress to pass any form of gun law.

Rare breed owns WOT now anyways so that's 97% of the triggers
