American forces are clearly superior to the Soviet ones. The US aviation alone is worth a lot, well, and the fleet that you mistakenly attributed to the Union. The Union had an old German fleet, and submarines based on the German Type 21, and the American fleet developed throughout the Cold War, which is why it is the best in the world today. What about tanks? M1A1 Abrams, calmly destroys the T-72B, but now the T-72b3 or T-90M will make problems for an outdated tank, without equipment 😉
