I think Ty Lee wins because if she gets to land a hit on Suki, then she can win because she becomes a Kyoshi warrior, AND she already knows chi blocking

1 King bumi and toph are +/- equal in power to only earth branding but King bumi have more expiriance then toph but toph is a bit more energetic. 2 in only hand to hand sytuaction ty Lee won this fight with eazy. She is faster and stronger then suki. Remember hand to hand combat.
