in trial groups, i run symphony of blades. if I do 4 man pug groups, i use bloodspawn. it makes me tankier and also i can spam war horn more. its not really a meta healer set but it actually performs way better in pugs than meta healer sets.

I enjoy running 5olo bb(Jewelry/Lightning) 5 Hollowfang 2 lord warden. Mk Zens is what I run as off healz. Lord Warden and Bogdan are switched off I can’t keep up lord because group is spread out. Breton/Warden. I’m LOoking forward to the warden healz build.

Would you Spell power cure is better than olo in content where there is more movement and in pvp? Also how do you feel about curse eater? In small groups?

A little late on this question, but why did you not include the Twilight Remedy set?

What about wisdom of vanus set? I work a heavy attack in to my rotation just before my main heals and it boosts the heal by 25%. I run that and sanctuary and I can solo nSS and several other normal trials solo.

My Argonion Warden runs Trinimac and Combat Phosition as they work together. Combat Phosition has a chance to proc a dmg shield on someone, Trinimac does a burst heal when you cast a dmg shield on them. Then you missed Coldharbours Favourite which is a great crafted healer set that I run on my Necro then different other sets depending on if I need sustain or damage. Monster sets you suggested are pretty sound though.
