Here's some tips on how to speak English clearly and decisively, I'm not trying to be rude I'm genuinely trying to help you.
You need to slow down and keep the same pace throughout each sentence, don't start slow and then suddenly and for no reason speed up.
You also need to enunciate which basically means pronounce the word correctly taking your time to say the whole word clearly.
In time as you get better at enunciating you can speed up.
The problem with Indians is they speak English the same way they speak their mother tongue.
This is a common mistake and is why an Indian accent is very hard to understand.
You have a good vocabulary and you're saying the sentence correctly but what's letting you down is your speed (too fast) and pronunciation.
Just take your time, write down what you want to say and practise it a few times enunciating every single vowel, again with time this will become easier.
You've taken the time to learn English but if people can't understand you then you're fighting a losing battle.
Listen to a native English speaker that has a neutral accent and then repeat what they say so you learn the pace and pronunciation, you will get better every week and it will open a whole new world to you.
Nobody wants to listen to an Indian speaking English too fast and not enunciating its infuriating for us.
