but if you look at their 2015 match, devon had a lot more success in the hook, getting the stop. he had nothing for johns hand in that match.

especially now with johns shoulder and lack of side pressure, it seems going inside should be advantageous.

If this is correct wouldn't bodybuilders/fitness junkies in general have big hands then because movements like the deadlift have alot of focus on handstrength in fact that's mainly why I wasn't gifted at deadlifts starting out because I had the strength but my hands couldn't keep the weight secure enough to hold the weight?
