I would like to clarify that this is not what was shown in Watch Dogs 2.

I have this game (in fact, I have had it for two years). I still play it. It doesn't require a lot of CPU (would you believe a G3258?), but can leverage both DX11 and DX12 features (I have it maxxd out with a GTX 1050Ti). Crank the detail to the ceiling - especially when you you have the BIG territories - like Wildwater Bay or Greentide Archipelago - where you will have close to a million people EACH - and a truly mixed population - from Workers to Synths.
