Excellent video all around. The editing is good with the built in subtitles, so it's easy to follow along. The examples are brief and to the point. The feedback of Damon as he's learning is a nice bonus since the rest of the body position and movement isn't necessarily the focus yet is clearly important in execution. Such great content. Thank you

Thanks! Great explanation of the backhand flick which is very similar to how it is done in table tennis. (my background before starting pickleball) Here is a little to support your pro journey in pickleball!

Great how-to video. It was very helpful to see how you made adjustments to your student’s position and break the shot down into the two stages. I’m inspired to work on this shot!

Damon was so good at asking questions!

Great video! The captions are great, I would add a transition effect for each segment for a more dynamic video. Also thank you Damon for asking the questions, I have the same issues and working on getting to 4.5-5.0. Im stuck at 4.0 as I don’t have the flick yet, nor a backhand speed up

Excellent breakdown. I use this shot but I can see my forearm and wrist need to be cocked more along with the 2 step motion

I've been working on my flick lately and it's so much fun to pop the ball back - it's a good way to add some speed if they happen to feed you one a little too high. so fun !!

Thanks for the tip. I'll be trying this out today.

Great video, succinct and to the point, awesome. Question: Is this shot meant for yellow or green zone balls, or can/should it be used for what I like to call “orange balls”, somewhere between red and yellow? Thanks!

Still it looks like the paddle is at a 45degree angle leaning forward in he beginning . How about a lesson on how to handle back spin ? Sometimes it jumps to the side . Any tips ?

Great suggestions. I have also played Ping-Pong so for some reason I feel more comfortable with this shot.
I would be great if you can breakdown or suggest how do I control power to my returns. many times it just fly off the court. I struggle to distinguish between if the shot came to me had already too much power with top/side spin, or I was holding my racquet to tight, or something else.
I use joola perseus paddle and yet do not have better control.

Great video. Can you do a video of the different shot mentioned @2:15ish. Sounds like he’s talking about roll volley.

Topspin backhand dink (how to - when to do it, etc.) would be an awesome video to make!

I’ve seen multiple videos on this particular subject and yours i think is the best. Thank you! Love editing and not including long conversations!

I’ve been looking for video on forehand slice serve, what’s your take on it? I’ve wanted to mix it up with my regular hard serve.

Your videos are amazing. Thanks, man. I have a quick question that is somewhat relevant to the video. What do you think helped you improve your backhand counters in the kitchen?

I'm really struggling, and when I watch you and the pros play, it seems like you all have strong backhand counters, whereas mine just pops up and is never offensive on my backhand.

I'm thinking about holding the paddle a little bit more continentally to increase my backhand strenght. If you have any videos you'd recommend or tips, I would deeply appreciate it.

T-dog, congrats on becoming the CRBN "official coach". Saw you in the CRBN email this week! Damn man; you came onto the YouTube Pickleball scene in a flurry and got big so quick. So succinct. One of the few other than BPJ that give advice more than just at the beginner level. Keep it up! Watching you come on the scene has been an awesome journey. Sorry your from Jersey 😜

Would you be willing to make a video on how to preform backspin/what opportunities to use it? I’m struggling incorporating this technique in my game.
