As a 16 year old about to get their first infusion in 2 days this really helped, I've been struggling with low iron since I was a kid and its really the only option I have left and its scary but its for the best

When I go to infusion, I'd often have a good snack of cheese sticks and ginger ale and chocolate pudding, and I would also get to see one of my favorite nurses at infusion,
Anne Steele.
I would put my arms around her and give her a hug, and that also felt good.
"I love you, Anne, " I'd say.
"I love you too, buddy, "
Anne said.
"Pat me on my back, " I said.
Sometimes, Janet would be with me.
"Can I have a hug, too??"
she said.
