I bought clss packs at Row House and doing their summer challenge of Row 20 classes in June. I am at class 14, and let me tell ya, it has been tough! But enjoying it, feeling changes in my body. Lots of stretching for sure!

After getting tendonitis and then shin splints from running (I'm a big heavy dude), I switched to rowing using your videos. Absolutely amazing workouts and my body feels great!

I do strength training as well so my legs can start feeling pretty sore by the end of the week (current program is 2 - 3 days of rowing and 3 days strength a week).

Anyways, love your content, thanks so much for the great ideas especially your high intensity staircase interval videos.

I am a 52 year old woman who has suffered with back pain from bulging discs for the last 15 years. I am about 50 pounds overweight due to not being able to exercise much with the back pain. I started following your YouTube videos for rowing and I have lost about 28 pounds in the last month and even though I still have back pain, this is one exercise I can do for 30 mins that doesn’t kill my back when I get off or while doing it. Thank you for sharing your videos. I greatly appreciate it. I will continue in this journey everyday for as long as I can.

Dumb question: I can do deadlifts, but I avoid them b'cuz once my form is off..so is my lower back. That said, should I avoid rowing machine as well, since the moves are similar? Thanks
