Doctor Who Delaware theme edited

The once-used-by-accident Delaware version of the Doctor Who theme with a lowered pitch, boosted bass and slight reverb. Accompanied by an unused Jon Pertwee intro and the early 1970s Doctor Who logo.

The only problems I had with the Delaware theme were the fairground feel and that God-awful echo that made it sound all over the place, particularly in the middle 8. The lowered pitch fixes the fairground feel part, so thank you!
