Great video! We just recently adopted a couple of 7 month old kittens and they are all about getting the base of the tail scratched. The boy actually gets his entire body down really low and start rocking from hind paw to the other, it's comparable to an army crawl. He just started doing it, without being scratched and goes between my legs because he wants me to scratch him down. It's so stinking cute! I've never seen a cat do this before.

Cats don’t like being scratched there. You should really pay attention to how they act when they do get scratched there, no way it’s enjoyable for them especially with those sounds they do.
