No shame for Buddy in being burned up by Dalvin cuts - Cook does this to most LBs. Especially rookies in their first game action.

One could argue that because of his good depth and route recognition that he was at least partially responsible for the errant throw and subsequent interception. I also like his flow to the gap and avoiding the second level guard which always seems to eat up 55.

I hope he does get more snaps so we can at least get a better judge on him. Can't be much worse than what we've been putting out there

In the first breakdown front was Derek Tuska, Chris Wormley, Montravias Adams, Isaiahh Loudermilk, Taco Charlton, Deven Bush, and Buddy Johnson.

Only Bush was/is a starter and he's struggling so much I doubt he gets a 5th year offer. He's looking more like a bust than a difference maker you draft up to get... There is a reason this team is 6-6-1. The roster needs a major overhaul....OBVIOUSLY (Tomlinism).

I'd also like to see Keith Butler get replaced by an outsider....someone younger that has more understanding of defending modern offenses. Said it before and I'll say it again....If Butler got fired today, how many NFL teams would hire him tomorrow to be defensive coordinator???? NONE!!!

Like buddy Johnson he looked like he wanted to make a play.. like the other two there waiting for thing to happen

He made some mistakes and looks a bit skittish but would be nice to see an ILB that isn't afraid to hit someone with the ball.

A Alex this was good but we can’t expect him to as sound as 55 and 93, I look for us to get the ball rolling Sunday so let’s see who really wants it and if we going to send Big Ben out right, even thou I think he’s coming back
