In Kitana's ladder ending in MKX, it's revealed that she has a vision of what happened to her in the other timeline after Armageddon, where she survives to become queen of Edenia and unite the other realms against the forces of Shao Kahn after his victory over Raiden.

Since Kronika made it clear that there were mutiple or thousands of possible timelines, it is fair to say that Kitana survived Armageddon in one of them and killed Shao Kahn and finally brought peace to all realms.

Doesn't Havik also kinda count since he is an immortal being from Chaos Realm. After all this is the same guy who can snap his neck and get decapitated and still come out standing.

In mkx kitana's ending says that she survives armageddon in the original timeline and she kills shao kahn ib that timeline but in the new timeline she is the hell with someone who show her that visión.

Mortal Kombat armageddon was one of the first MK games I have played, everytime I hear the name I get flashbacks of me and my brother always playing it back then

Kitana survived Armageddon, it was stated in her MKX ending that if raiden didn't reset the timeline Kitana would've killed Shao Kahn and brought peace to all the realms
