Man that sucks people gotta speak up to get that fix fast if not people are gonna start cancelling their cloud service. I was gonna get the Owl cam because of your videos. If they fix it I will get one or two for my wife and I. Keep up the good videos. Please keep us updated on the status of the Firmware update for #OkPresto feature on the #OwlCam

Yo they sent an update that bricked my owlcam 3, so they sent the owlcam 4 but then Android users could not recover profile. Then they fixed that but now the owlcam stays offline!!!! This is getting crazy especially for the price for subscription. Mines has been useless for a month now and they say it's Samsung or Android fault. C'mon man!

I loved for a while but 2 things happened and it sucked after that. 1) I saw this wifi signal alert pop up briefly from the cam and never saw it again. Which brings me to 2) I cant view anything when I try to connect live. I can be standing right next to my car and it wont allow me to view anything so idk if its the Bluetooth or that wifi that came and left that I have to somehow find again because I can't connect to the cam. It only connects sometimes when Im inside the house like an hour or two after leaving my car and entering the house. But if I want to randomly check on it then it in the middle of the night because I heard something outside and just wanted to take a peek out on the street then it wont connect. The customer service desk told me wait for the recent update that should have been out already but i don't see a difference in the issue being resolved yet. Any ideas? Because the Rove R2-4K and the Nexar One and NexC2 are looking good right about now. All suggestions are appreciated!
