At SMRT, it is no secret that we have a thing for generals, but that does not mean they get a free ride. Here at SMRT, generals are required to go through a rigorous conversion course to prepare them for their future role as Chief Executive Officer of SMRT.

In my opinion, there was nothing was mentioned on the prevention of the direct root causes BUT only highlighted the problems on SMRT breakdown and obstacles. Generally mentioned NS leadership, NS professionalism, NS discipline and NS fighting spirit is possessed that will help the country get through the adversity. We need courses for entire gov.. bodies.n front line staffs of all organisations.. sales n counter staffs too..majority dont hve basic courtesy nor greetimgs from top to bottom..today it has become pure kwachee management style..pretend not to hear nor see attitude..plain truth..as compared to older generation style of management...
