AFUL Cantor is quite interesting. Unique signature that showcases top-tier resolution and clarity for a good price point. I love the Cantor, it's been in my daily commute bag since the release.

I hope you get your hands on the Aful P5 +2. You're not a fan of the Cantor, and you were extremely critical of the P8. Respect your opinions, hoping the P5 +2 impresses you. For me, Aful is among the most intriguing companies right now, trailing only Thieaudio at present.

Really appreciate you providing a fresh take on this one. I wasn't thrilled with P5 or P8 tunings, so at a kilobuck cantor is a "bridge too far" for me. P7 (5+2) may be more my taste!

Good review. Yeah strange shape. Not sure what aful are thinking here. As a basshead their sets don’t interest me. Maybe one day they’ll make a beast

As an audiophile enthusiast, you can't tested them with stock cable, even a $50+ cable can improve all frequency in a good way.
I'm not a fan of your review, too much unnecessary negative nitpicking, there is no IEM sets are perfect, if you are everything on the negative side, your life is not going to be happy at all Paul Thank You.

For 800$, and you still have to do some finagling just to find the "Goldilocks" insertion depth for your ears.
Whatever happened to just "plug and play"?

...but the shell design is quite nice though.
