i use cantu shampoo conditioner and curling cream. i shampoo once a week every sunday, and condition every day along with curling crème every day. also i leave my conditioner in for at least 4 minutes every day but a little longer on shampoo days

I personally think as I am is probably the best shampoo/leave in conditioner to use for like coily/kinky hair. So something like 3c/4a

It doesn’t really matter what kind of shampoo u get for thin hair, u just need to get a shampoo that has sulfate and paraben and silicone free. If u can also find another shampoo with a lot of other free ingredients in them, then that would be great for ur hair

Oily Easy to See Scalp: Hawthorne's Lightweight Shampoo OR Fortes Clarifying Shampoo AND V76 Energizing Shampoo is also good.




Thick, Straight, or Wavy Hair: Based Bodyworks or As I Am Curl Clarity Shampoo, and Hawthorne's Frizz Fighter works well too.

Course, Curly and Kinky Hair (Dry fast): As I Am Curl Clarity Shampoo but use less often.

IMPORTANT: Curlier hair retains less moisture.

Conditioner: As I Am Coconut Cowash (After Shampoo or on its own, don't use conditioner every day due to buildup)
