2 ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried

how to:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Pascha Chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.Pascha Chocolate melts beautifully and creates a crisp shell—no need to add coconut oil!
3. Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and stir to coat.
4. Use a slotted spatula to scoop out the blueberries, shake the excess chocolate to drip off.
5. Drop the blueberries onto the parchment paper using a fork, spreading them slightly if needed.
6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate shells are set.
7. Once chilled, the chocolate-covered blueberries will easily release from the parchment paper. Store in the fridge and enjoy chilled!
