Охлаждать надо строго болт. Сначала надо место соединения пропитать проникающая жидкость типа WD. Подождать 10 минут. Затем на головку болта одеть кембрик а на распылитель тоненькую трубочку. Спешка нужна только при ловле блох

Всегда замораживаю там где греть проблематично. Но использую обычный газ для походных печек. Есть везде и дешевле. Главное курить бросить пере этим😁
Так же можно садить детали с натягом, подшипник на вал, например

Ответственные, высокопрочные болты от откручивания страхуют резьбовым герметиком. Locktight - один из них (англоязычные комментаторы, поправьте меня, если я не правильно написал). И для откручивания болтов с герметиком болт нужно нагреть газовым резаком. А на видео болт замораживают, он становится хрупким, его можно поробовать открутить воротком, с осторожностью, но блин не гайковëртом! Не делайте так!
