Too all those complaining that he did not put PVE in the title, GFY. In a game that is both PVE and PVP why would you automatically assume it is PVP? YES... YES it would be helpful for him to include PVE in the tile I am not disputing that. But calling it click bait, and the nitpicking is just petty. The irony of people complaining about having their time wasted, then taking the time to type complaint messages.

For Veil of Storm, the best gem is, as you say:
- Incr. Elude duration
- Incr. dmg of next primary attk

- But *definitely* with "Your illusion periodically shocks a nearby enemy dealing dmg and inflicting Static.
This with elude duration bonus has a good synergy

I've gone with veil of illusion, chaos volley and wraith spear, gems I'm using

Veil - increases primary attack damage, primary attack grants 3 stacks and increases illusion damage
Volley - increases damage, causes each bolt to explode and attack range and speed
Spear - increases damage, reduces the penalty for each cast (can't remember last one, will edit when I login to check)

I'm also using legendary pistols that is using unholy, gives spell crit, att speed and I think spell crit dmg, again, will edit once I login to check, all in all, boosts my damage through gems and unholy debuff as well as weaken the enemy while massively reducing my spell CD's and free spell recasts as well

I've been having a lot of success with Veil of Blood, Blood Rage, Phantasm Aegis, and Mace (though you can use Great Sword too) as a bruiser type. You have so much sustain and shield to stay in the fight with this build while able to continuously dish damage. Solarus is easily solo-able. Power Surge is a more offensive if you want to play a berserker type.

Thank you, gosh I need to try that ! But right now I'm level 67 and playing with a friend, we absolutely struggle to kill some bosses ! The cooldown of dash powers is bonkers... And ultimate skills have insane cooldowns for what they actually do ! (dunno about PVP but in PVE, most ultimates feel pretty meh)

I go full melee crit on weapon and gem, and then use greatsword with blood spells for healing/tanking with warrior blood. Seems to be the most powerful.

Hope you can make a video that lv around 60, that is when pve get hard to play, 10lv higher than npc they will not be able to deal real dmg to player

I use that build but instead of electric dash I Use Veil of Chaos and Rogue blood, to get 2 crits that hits A LOT (75-85 dmg) and in PVP is just insane, and of course gem with Attack speed and the legendary sword with Crit Chance and Attack speed.

100% Rogue Blood is sick with that build, I have been playing the same cause I wanted to make the Greatsword as viable as possible, my Greatsword even has Attack Speed % on it and Crit Chance and Crit Damage.

Sitting on 3k hours, I can safely say that your picks for jewel effects are quite inadequate for at least pvp.

This build is what i call Anime Swordsman.

Yellow Amulet (Blademaster)

Reaching around 50% Crit chance and 170% Crit dmg makes a Greatsword Q potentially hit for up to 200dmg. Auto attacks, crit for 100+.

Naw chief, the answer's Warrior. Always warrior.
Reduces damage taken by a lot, increases your dps a lot. Healing in combat is severely limited anyway - especially vs players.

Just Got V Rising For PS5 Did They Change Bloodmoon Armor To Shadowmoon Armor? Literally Can't Find It Anywhere And I'm At Endgame Facing Dracula. Or Is It A Modded Armor For PC

i like melee builds, but if you are level 74 and go to a boss that is level 60 you are always going to win, is basic concept of a rpg game, and using a scholar blood type with a melee builds, is not the rigth option is kind of like i am going to do boss killer with a worker blood

Veil of Storm has a Gem roll that lets the clone left behind shock enemies inflicting static, you want that roll with the primary attack increase.
Also if you want survivability, I don't know why no one ever suggests creature blood, its a straight up massive damage reduction and increase in health regen, specially if you're already running a skill that will shield/heal you. You also get a speed boost so you can just run/strafe out of the way of things easier.

Im doing a run at the moment where i only use creature blood, only use a Scythe (now that I have it, before that I used a mace) and only run spells from the unholy tree, im working my way through act 3 bosses ATM and havent really struggled a great deal with it.

For a creature blood farm, go to where the werewolf boss is at daytime and find a worker with high blood and imprison it, then at night time it will transform to a werewolf in your cell and you just extract it like normal.

Edit- I used this exact same skill set up but with frost Nova ult and sometimes i switched the blood skill for ice block, with creature blood at the end of last time i finished the game (including world bosses), its what made me want to do a whole new playthrough with just creature blood and one spell tree with 1 weapon.

Can someone explain to me what the difference between the GS and the normal sword of the same class/lvl, aside from the abilities, and bigger cleave cone/range perhaps? I wish GS deal more damage than a normal sword, but that's not how it works, does it?
