Multiplayer: Both.

Creativity: TF2, Your imagination is the limit. (If we’re talking about the game itself, still Tf2. It’s so hard to make character with a gameplay which literally EVERYONE knows about. Even those who didn’t play TF2 at all.)
Impact: TF2, It literally rised up the entire internet generation via the game itself and custom animations in gmod and SFM.
Challenge + Difficulty: you literally can dominate the entire server as ANYTHING and not just meta Heroes. Your skill’s the limit.
Taunts: TF2, even no need to explain.
Customisation: TF2, There’s the reason why TF2 can be called a hat simulator, your creativity’s the limit.
Voice Lines: TF2, in OW they’re cringe. in TF2 they’re the full spectrum of emotion making Mercs actually alive. I mean c’mon. People can make the entire conversations only using voice commands.
Overall: TF2, (even if it’s subjective, there’s the reason why the game is not dying.)
