Hello sir.
Very nice and informative video.
but I am facing a problem during MHC molecules binding prediction
particularly for 'prediction method and allele selection'.
please guide me.

Very Nice video series, i would like to ask as you found few epitopes common in all alleles, what can I do if I found all epitopes common in all alleles, if in MHC-I, I got 20000 epitopes when I sorted alleles basis and then trying to compare common epitope in all alleles, I found all are common. In such case how to pick common and proceed further for Vaxijen etc.

Great! How can selected best epitopes to used for vaccine design ( MHC_I/II). Because you get more results of epitopes with their IC50, rank, etc, I struggle to sort out which best epitopes I can select?

Aoa respected sir There is an error in MHC class II epitope prediction, if we leave it by default that an exception raises to select the length of the sequences.

Aoa. Sir if MHC II antigens IC 50 remains above 100 then what to do for this?. Would you please verify this problem?
