Also your dishwasher silverware basket has those blue fold down lids that have holes for the silverware to sit in directly so they are completely separated from one another and the water and flow thru them from the lower and upper arm perfectly, use those for better results it works that’s why they designed those which are so helpful

Just be sure when loading peanut butter spiked utensils in that they get ran on a rinse only if the dishwasher is gonna sit half full for a few days before the main wash that’s what the cycle is for, if it doesn’t have that cycle just rather rinse most of the peanut butter off or just start the dishwasher and let it run until the first drain and cancel it once it’s drained completely

Put the knives upside down, it’s a lot safer and you wouldn’t get accidentally injured.

My dishwasher is not the best its a LG about 8 years old the people before us beat the shit out of there dishwasher when we moved in there was mold, mildew and it smelled like a wet sweaty dog i had to scrub it out with baking soda and white vinegar and then i had to bleach it. I was originally using cascade liquid it seemed to leave a film but then I started using these and amazing they come out clean and i do not pre rinse. Also my dishwasher stops half way through the cycle as the heating element needs to be replaced.
