I was surprised after losing Alessia Russo to Arsenal, Ona Batlle to Barcelona & Mary Earps to PSG on free transfers, end of contract & the loss of Katie Zelem - I thought that they were going to struggle in absence of such talents. I was wrong!

The ManYoo women regrouped & replaced those they lost with younger & more dynamic players.

The best replacement was Phallon Tullis-Joyce who made the loss of Mary Earps felt inconsequential. Another was the coming of age for Grace Clinton - making Alessia Russo's loss seem a world away. Her interplay with ManYoo stalwart Ella Toone could be a relevation for club & country.

ManYoo women lost a lot of players eversince their Manchester United Women Football Club which were founded on 28 May 2018, following the club's successful application to join the newly-formed 2018–19 FA Women's Championship & after gaining promotion from the Championship at the end of the 2018–19 season.

Utd were so lucky to get away with a point. Really struggling this season. Not the same team that finished on a high last season. Can do so much better.
Mead not looking like her former self has to work extra hard to hit top form. In the meantime, I propose we move Russo to the right and Stina as the lone striker.
