Great video. I've just signed up for this year's TSD rally on the island, and since it's my first time, I wanted to get a feel of what it's like. I also come from autocross background, so I'm excited to try out something new

You should look up the Carrera Panamericana rally in Mexico. Cannot currently do that there now but I built a 41 Ford 2 door sedan and ran it down there several times. 2000 miles across Mexico in 7 days. It a TSD rally with timed speed sections thrown in as well. LOTS of AMAZING cars I raced against and witnessed down there.

Danger Danger comet coming through. That Saab is like the original rally car. Lux was very well behaved. Although you sed your not the best passenger, it was good that Shannon drove her car. You can swap seats when you take yours Lee. Enjoyed take care. Tim.

All my old cars get three point safety belts. If I could put safety air bags in them, I would. But, the minimum is the safety belts. And disc brakes on the front, at least in my 1965 vw bus. The 1967 El Camino has adequate drum brakes but I still intalled three point safetybelts in her.

I had a 61 comet when i was 15. Had 17000 miles on it. 6 cylinder and still had the plastic on the rear seat. Kinda pea soup green. Called it the puke green vomit! Kinda miss that car. Yours sounds awesome through the lake pipes.
