뭘 안 써요. 자주 안 쓰는 표현일 뿐이지. 상황에 따라서 다 쓰는 표현인데. 네버라고 말하시면 안되죠.

1번, 2번은 공감가는데 3번은 설명을 잘 하셔야 할거 같아요
눈 앞에 보이는 누군가를 특정해서 눈을 마주치고 '실례합니다' 라고 하는건 어색한거 맞습니다.
하지만, 예를 들어 가게에 들어갔는데 아무도 없어서 직원이 있는지 없는지 확인하려고 부른다거나,
시장이나 지하철 같은데서 많은 군중 속을 뚫고 지나가야 할 때는 '실례합니다~' 라는 표현 아주 많이 씁니다.
청자가 특정되지 않은 상황에서는 자주 쓰는 표현이에요.
아니면 어디 사시는지 몰라도 지역마다 다른거 아닐까요?
'Excuse me'와 '실례합니다'가 100% 대응되는 표현이 아니라는 의도로 설명해주셔야지 무작정 안 쓴다고 해버리시면 ㅜ

Btw I watched a Kdrama yesterday and the police officer was looking for a witness. So he went up to that old man on the street and said "실려합니다".
