Hello sir, I am Amit kumar gives you thanx to spread awareness about the detailed information regarding surveyor duty.I am recently have an experience at the time when I given my vehicle to the service centre.I shared complete story of damage with the service centre person then few days later service centre person said me that your (some amount is approved) but my question was that anything has been approved by the surveyor but why the surveyor did not contact me and the shock moment have been surfaced when I made him call and the surveyor reply was that due to protocol it does not comes in customer's question that why the surveyor did not contact to the customer.
And later one unexpected situation has been brought, When surveyor sent me one courier by post and in my details the contact number was does not exist with my concern details.
I believe at the time visiting of surveyor to survey the vehicle if they do contact to the client so that practice may reduce the miscommunication between clients and insurance company.
>The respectable question is my is that what is duty of surveyor and same the right of client while they communicate each other thanx.
