Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) 150g
-Rolled oats 100g
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Brown sugar 1/3 Cup
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 150g chilled
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Chocolate melted as required
Directions:
-In a chopper,add whole wheat flour,rolled oats,baking powder,pink salt,brown sugar & process until well combined in a food processor.
-Add butter & continue processing until mixture crumbles.
-Add milk,vanilla essence & process until well combined.
-Transfer the mixture to a silicon mat,gather dough & knead until its smooth.
-Divide the dough in two portions,take one portion & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-With the help of cookie cutter (2.5”),cut into round shapes & prick with wooden skewer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
-Let them cool.
-Spread melted chocolate on one side of biscuits & let it set at room temperature (makes 28).

-Mixture ko silicon mat per dal dein aur gather ker ka soft dough bana lein.
-Dough ko two portions mein divide ker lein aur ek portion la ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cookie cutter (2.5”) ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein & wooden skewer sa prick ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 170°C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Biscuits ki ek side per melted chocolate laga lein aur room temperature per set ho janay tak chor dein (makes 28).
